Right now: collection in person
The only confirmed way to buy today is at the studio. You can see the garment, check the weight of the cloth against something you already own, try the size, and walk out with it. Directions, hours and parking are on the studio page; the fastest way to check whether a size is on the rail is to message us on WhatsApp before you travel.
What is still to be set
- Courier partner — not contracted. Delivery windows depend entirely on who we sign with, so quoting “5–7 business days” today would be an invention.
- Free-shipping threshold — not decided. Any number we published now would be marketing rather than policy.
- Serviceable pin codes — not mapped. We expect metro coverage first and will publish the actual list rather than claim national reach.
- International shipping — not planned for the first phase.
What is confirmed
- Prices are quoted in Indian rupees, inclusive of GST.
- Packaging will be paper-based and unbranded on the outside; we are not adding a plastic mailer to a garment sold on its material story.
- Click-and-collect from the Indiranagar studio will remain available once online ordering opens, at no charge.
Why this page reads like this
Delivery promises are the easiest thing for a new store to get wrong and the fastest way to lose someone’s trust. A missed date on a first order costs more than a vague page does. When we have a courier, a tested route and a real average, the numbers will appear here with the date they were measured.
